Booking & Cancellation

To maintain the serenity of our schedule, we require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time to respect the next guest's journey.
No-Shows: May result in a 50% service fee for future bookings.

Sanctuary Etiquette

We kindly ask all guests to switch mobile devices to silent mode upon entry. Our corridors are intentional "Quiet Zones" to ensure peak relaxation for everyone in the oasis.

Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancies, or skin sensitivities during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your current health state.
